Community Partnerships

The County offers a variety of partnership opportunities through community grants to support local groups in meeting their goals.

To be eligible for a partnership, you must be either:

  • A community-based Board of Directors on behalf of a not-for-profit, incorporated group/organization.
  • An established community association or private sector business or organization in conjunction with a not-for-profit as the lead on the proposal.

All partnerships are governed by our Community Partnership Policy. For more information and to discuss our opportunities, contact our partnerships team.

Community grants

We provide grant funding to eligible applicants through our Community Beautification Fund or Capital Project Program. Additional funds are also allocated annually for downtown organizations, festivals and events, and community halls, fields and parks as part of the budget process.

We encourage groups that have proposals for projects on County-owned property to apply for one of our partnership grants. Learn more about each grant below.
