Call for Feedback: Proposed name for pickleball courts at McKinnon Park – “Royal Canadian Legion – Caledonia Branch 154 Pickleball Park”

The Haldimand County Naming of Corporate Assets Policy No. 2010-02 requires public notification for proposals naming corporate assets. Haldimand County has received a request to name proposed pickleball courts in McKinnon Park (100 Haddington Street, Caledonia). The name proposed is the “Royal Canadian Legion – Caledonia Branch 154 Pickleball Park ”.

Individuals with concerns regarding the proposed name may submit their feedback in writing to the Manager, Community Development & Partnerships including their name, phone number, address and email as well as a statement related to the specific concern(s) regarding the proposed names.  Written submissions will be accepted at 53 Thorburn Street South, Cayuga, Ontario, N0A 1E0 or by email to cdp@haldimandcounty.on.ca, until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2024.
