Notice of Conveyance for Property Disposition Purposes - Road Allowance known as part of Old Lakeshore Road, Dunnville

TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of Haldimand County proposes to pass a bylaw at an upcoming Council meeting on May 26, 2025, to authorize the sale and closure of a parts of a Road Allowance known as part of Old Lakeshore Road, PIN 38130-0351 legally described as Part Lots 3-4 Concession 4 South of Dover Road, Dunn (Travelled Road) & as in D4278 also known as Old Lakeshore Road East of West Limit of HC279934 (Secondly) Except Parts 1 to 5 18R7335, Parts 1 TO 6 18R7677 (Stopped up & Closed by By-law 2545-24 as in CH138113 - Parts 1, 2 & 3 on 18R8244); further to be split into Parts 1-7 on draft reference plan; Haldimand County and as shown on the map.

PINS 38130-0175 and 38130-0192 are water lots that are adjacent to the Road Allowance known as part of Old Lakeshore Road. These properties are currently under the waters of Lake Erie. Therefore, the sale and closure of the Road Allowance known as a part of Old Lakeshore Road will leave the property PINS 38130-0175, 38130-0192, and 38130-0284 to be landlocked.
