Winter Parking
Winter parking restrictions are in effect throughout the winter months. This helps clear the way for snowplows and sanders to properly clear the entire road surface and apply salt or sand, as required.

Winter Parking Restrictions
From November 15 to April 15, the following parking restrictions apply:
- No parking on snow routes between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m.
- No on-street parking in rural areas
- No parking in school zones
Residential area restrictions
Where parking is normally permitted on both sides of the street:
- From 6 p.m. on the 1st to 6 p.m. on the 15th of any month, parking is permitted on the odd-numbered side of the street only.
- From 6 p.m. on the 15th to 6 p.m. on the last day of any month, parking is permitted on the even-numbered side of the street only.
Where parking is normally permitted on one side of the street only:
- No on-street parking is permitted.
In a cul-de-sac or dead-end street turn around:
- No on-street parking is permitted.
Where streets are divided by boulevards, islands, ditches, etc.
- No on-street parking is permitted.
