The Haldimand County Administration Building will be closed for the holidays from Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at 3 p.m. until Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Learn more.
Wednesday, December 25 – Wednesday's collection will occur on Thursday, December 26, Thursday's collection will occur on Friday, January 27 and Friday's will occur Saturday, December 28.
Wednesday, January 1 – Wednesday's collection will occur on Thursday, January 2, Thursday collection on Friday, January 3, and Friday collection on Saturday, January 4.
The Canborough Waste Management Facility is the only waste depot in Haldimand County. It's located at 499 James Rd., Dunnville, ON.
The public waste drop-off is open year-round for garbage, yard waste and recyclables. Recyclables and yard waste are free to drop off.
For eligible bulky items, instead of visiting the drop-off, you can schedule collection by calling Norfolk Disposal Services at 1-800-616-0347 to schedule curbside pickup.
