Report an animal issue
The keeping, feeding and treatment of animals in Haldimand County is outlined in our Animal Control By-law. Animal control services for the county are managed by the Niagara SPCA and Humane Society.

If you find a dead animal on a County road or property, you can report it to us through online or by calling 905-318-5932. If you are reporting a dead animal on County property please use our Report an Issue form. If you wish to report a dead animal on a road, please use our Report a Road Concern form.
Please be aware that the County does not remove dead animals from private property. For assistance removing animals from private property, please contact a veterinarian, humane society, or wildlife rescue.
