Electronics Recycling Bin Jarvis Library

Residents can now take advantage of a new, authorized Electronic Products Recycling Association  electronics recycling bin located at the Jarvis Branch of the Haldimand County Public Library (2 Monson Street) to conveniently dispose of small- to medium-sized electronics.

Dispose of your computer, laptop, camera, stereo, telephone and audiovisual equipment in an environmentally sound way. When you recycle your electronics at an authorized drop-off point, you are helping to divert e-waste from landfills, prevent illegal export and irresponsible handling of electronics, ensure safe and secure data destruction, and recover and recycle resources. Materials collected at authorized Electronic Products Recycling Association Ontario drop-off points are recycled and handled in a safe, secure and environmentally sound manner.

The electronics recycling bin is located inside the Jarvis library branch and is available for use during branch hours of operation.
