Background
Ontario Regulation 25/23: Broader Public Sector; Energy Reporting and Conservation and Demand Management Plans, under the Electricity Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c.15, Sched. A, requires municipalities to develop and publish an Energy Conservation and Demand Management Plan every five years.
