Being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and the Clerk to enter into an agreement with the Welland and District S.P.C.A. for the provision of Animal and Canine Control Services.

1. THAT the Mayor and the Clerk are authorized to execute an agreement between the Corporation of Haldimand County and the Welland and District S.P.C.A. for the provision of animal and canine control services and that this agreement be shown as Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law;

2. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of passing.
