About Haldimand
Haldimand County is a single-tier municipality located in southwestern Ontario along Lake Erie. A mix of rural and town living, Haldimand is home to more than 49,000 people.
The County is responsible for providing a number of services including the maintenance of roads and parks, by-law enforcement, garbage collection, planning and development, and the operation of libraries, museums, recreation programs, and a long-term care home.
Public health services and social services such as childcare and housing, are delivered to the Haldimand community by Health and Social Services of Haldimand and Norfolk.
