Labour Day Closure 2024

Haldimand County Administration Building will be closed on Monday, September 2nd for Labour Day.

Haldimand County Public Libraries, Museums & arenas

All libraries, museums and arenas will be closed Monday, September 2nd and resume normal business hours on September 3rd.

Garbage and Recycling Collection

There will be no garbage and recycling collection Monday, September 2nd. Garbage and recycling collection will be delayed one day this week.
Canborough Waste Management Facility will be closed Monday, September 2nd.

Pools and Splash pads

All pools and splash pads will be open on Labour day 8am to 4pm. This will be the last day of the 2024 season for the swimming pools. As of September 3rd, splash pads will move to fall hours. Learn more on our pools and splash pads page.
